    彭博行业研究测算：美国 1GW AI 数据中心建设成本可达 307 亿美元

    彭博行业研究近日发布 AI 数据中心成本简报，测算在美国得克萨斯州阿比林市建设一座 1GW 数据中心需 307 亿美元，约合 2,058.69 亿元人民币。其中芯片和服务器硬件为 171 亿美元，占比过半；电力供应基础设施 30 亿美元、冷却系统 16.6 亿美元、网络布线 10.7 亿美元。

    余承东称国内正在研发 EUV 设备，华为以逻辑折叠和系统工程弥补先进制程限制

    华为余承东在国际媒体圆桌会议上表示，EUV 是制造先进芯片的关键，国内正在研发，但现阶段仍依靠 DUV。他称逻辑折叠是在技术受限情况下提升能力的方法，华为也通过系统工程优化手机整体性能；文中还介绍 Mate 90 系列搭载麒麟 9030、9035、9050、9050 Pro 等韬定律芯片，并预计到 2031 年相关高端芯片晶体管密度达到 1.4 纳米制程同等水平。

    华为徐直军称昇腾中国市场份额已超英伟达，昇腾 950 超节点暂无全面出海计划

    华为轮值董事长徐直军表示，按华为收集的数据，昇腾在中国市场的份额已经超过英伟达，但相关市场份额数据收集较困难。昇腾 950 超节点是 Peerium 计算架构首代产品，可让数千至数万个处理器像一台计算机协同工作；因产能尚不能满足国内需求，华为没有计划全面扩展国际市场，仅向少数需求强劲国家进行测试和有限供应。徐直军还称，中国推动芯片及半导体价值链完全自给自足是不可避免的方向。
