Bloomberg: OpenAI is targetting to raise at least $30B in a new round of funding and is seeking a valuation of around $1.4 trillion, pre-money.

Today, Axios also reported OpenAI's annualized run rate is nearing $70B, up more than 70% since the quarter began, with business revenue more than doubling.
